This communication and planning meeting is key to responding to life’s unexpected challenges smartly and making necessary adjustments to retirement plans and portfolios. It is also a perfect time to update our clients’ customized binders where all financial documentation is organized.
Quality customer care is a part of our corporate culture. At UFS, you will truly feel cared for by your financial professionals. We pledge to return all client phone calls within the same day. We invite clients to appreciation events, such as fundraisers, private film screenings, pre-opening holiday shopping, continuing education seminars, and client mixers. We mail out quarterly economic and market newsletters detailing our firm’s research, analysis, and view of the current state of the investment markets. We also mail quarterly financial planning newsletters to appraise clients of the most current planning options.
